Did you know: Early in the morning, delicate Jasmine blossoms are taken from the garden and spread out on an infusing screen. Green tea is laid out on a separate screen and then the two put together over night. When the Jasmine blossoms spread their petals shortly after nightfall, the tea leaves are infused with the amazing Jasmine aroma. In the morning, the spent Jasmine flowers are removed from the tea and the whole process is repeated several times with fresh Jasmine flowers each time.
Ingredients: Green tea, Jasmine blossoms.
Brewing: 1 tsp per 8 oz water, steep for 1-2 minutes in water at 180F.
